Rental car or hired driver
From Montaione or Florence (~6 hrs): Both a rental car and a hired driver offer the flexibility to stop along the way — the difference is a rental car adds time for pickup and return, while a hired driver skips both
Train + car ride to the villa
High-speed to Naples Centrale in ~3 hrs, with one quick transfer in Rome, you'll need to make your own way back to Florence from Montaione to catch the train
